SIFTING AND CLEANING

After collecting bee venom, the process of sifting the venom is carried out. In our laboratory, through micro-sieves, we remove all impurities that are not visible to the human eye and are contained in the bee venom. This completes the collection process and prepares our bee venom for storage.

The price of 1 machine is 1600 USD + shipping. One set has a capacity for 10 hives.

The process of collecting lasts 25 minutes. The average amount of venom collected is 2-3.5 grams per 10 hives. The purity of the venom is ~70% melittin content - the end result is a nice white crystalline powder.
The set contains:

  • 1x electronics module

  • 10x inox stainless steel screens with glass plates

  • 10x plastic domes

  • a set of robust copper wires

Please note that the battery is not included in the set. We found that it is cost-effective for our customers to buy the battery themselves.

Any 12V battery or power source will do. Our recommendation is to use a regular car battery or similar when working in the field. We can proudly say that we developed the most effective bee venom collector machine in the world.

During our research, we perfected our bee venom collecting technique by:

  • using plastic domes to concentrate the bee pheromones

  • fine-tuning our electronics to bring the releasing of the venom high, while keeping the bees relatively non-aggressive

  • perfecting the production of high-quality robust equipment that will prove durable in the field

BEE VENOM STORAGE

We store our bee venom in dark 100 ml glass vials with a vacuum stopper, at a temperature below 0 degrees, in order not to lose its quality.
If stored at higher temperatures, the poison starts to lose its properties, that is, it loses quality, which is reflected in the amount of melittin in the bee venom.
The bottle itself indicates the date of storage and the results of the analysis. Finally, seal the cap with beeswax and put the poison on the market.

COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY

When we first started to collect bee venom, we quickly realized that the existing technology

is outdated, invasive for the bees, and unreliable.
We decided that we should make our own bee venom collecting apparatus. Research and development of our unique technology took 2 years.
As our bee venom collecting method, we chose to collect the venom inside the hive, that is, on the honeycombs under the dome.
The collection process takes 25 minutes, and we can collect 3.23 grams of bee venom per 10 hives every 4 days.
The dome itself prevents the passage of UV rays that decompose the bee venom, and in the second part ensures the luminosity that attracts the bees to the apparatus itself.
With our technology, we have first-class pure crystalline-white poison, which is far better than what is currently available on the market.
Under the dome, we use a special metal screen connected to the electronic signal generator that stimulates the bees into releasing the venom. We have perfected the shape and strength of the signal so that it does not injure the bees or make them aggressive.
